  2. Damaged Products: We offer a full refund or replacement for packages that arrive severely damaged. For partial damage, we offer a partial refund or replacement.

For damaged packaging boxes, we cannot offer any refund or other after-sales services due to long-distance international shipping.

  1. Incorrect or Missing Products: We offer a full refund or replacement for incorrect products. For color or size errors that do not affect product functionality, we will offer a refund or reshipment. For missing parts, we will offer a partial refund or reshipment of the missing part.

Order Cancellation: We offer a full refund for orders canceled before they are processed by our warehouses. Customized orders, inventory pre-orders, and photo/video orders cannot be canceled after payment.
